Tomorrow morning starts my journey to Honduras!.. Even though I will be stuck in Atlanta for such a long time...I plan to read, use my computer, make phone calls, make friendship bracelets, and hopefully sleep during my long layover! I think I am finally officially packed--if you know me well then you know that I am the worst packer ever. I have packed, unpacked and repacked countless times trying to fit everything and be within the weight limits. It has been very time consuming and not very fun!
Saying "see you later" to my family should be a little bit easier, as the plan is for me to come home for Christmas break :). Nonetheless, tomorrow will still be a bittersweet day.
Today at church I heard a quote that I found beautiful and very fitting for this next journey in my life.
We face a humanity that is too precious to neglect. We know a remedy for the ills of the world too wonderful to withhold. We have a Christ too glorious to hide. We have an adventure that is too thrilling to miss. ~ Theodore Williams
Please pray for safe travels to Honduras and I will update this the first chance I can!
